Ethics & integrity
We infuse ethics in everything we do.
Ethical companies are built by ethical people
We have high standards at General Mills—our “G” must stand for “Good” in everything we do. And this includes our expectations for ethical conduct by our employees and partners in every aspect of our business.
Our Ethics & Compliance Program
We’re committed to continually cultivating our culture of integrity. Our Ethics & Compliance program provides the support employees need to uphold our value of doing the right thing, all the time.
Communications and training: Our ethical expectations are clearly communicated through leadership support, our Code of Conduct and company policies, in person and online training, reminders on our company intranet, and posters in our offices and locations.
Investigating and addressing concerns: We arm employees with support and encouragement in determining the right course of action — whether that’s through their manager, their Human Resources business partner, our Ethics & Compliance team or our Ethics Line. We take all cases seriously and investigate them when they are brought forward.
Our code of conduct is available in the following languages:
- Chinese Simplified
- Chinese Traditional
